1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as opened pet food, custom or personalized items, and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us at petvaporcare@gmail.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
